Manila, Philippines, 13 December 2022 - DHL Express, the world’s leading international express service provider, has announced a new partnership with Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC), the xclusive licensee of 7-Eleven International in the Philippines, to give customers added convenience as they ship to different countries and territories.

Under the partnership, customers in the National Capital Region and Calabarzon can drop off prepaid 0.5kg documents at 29 initially designated 7-Eleven stores, which will be officially launched early next year.

“The new partnership, which leverages 7-Eleven’s extensive nationwide network, allows us to improve the quality of service we give to our customers. This means customers can enjoy the increased convenience of having additional drop-off points aside from DHL Express ServicePoints to send important documents,” said Nigel Lockett, Country Manager of DHL Express Philippines.

There will be 16 7-Eleven stores in Calabarzon (10 in Cavite, four in Laguna, and two in Rizal) and 3 in NCR (three in Quezon City, two each in Paranaque, Malabon, and Marikina and one each in Manila, Pasay, Pasig, and Caloocan).

“This partnership with Philippine Seven Corporation is important because it strengthens our network and reiterates that we consistently put the customer at the heart of everything we do,” added Eric Queppet, Commercial Head of DHL Express Philippines.

“We are delighted to enter this partnership with DHL Express, further adding to the growing list of services that customers can now avail of at our 7-Eleven stores. Not only can customers be provided with easily accessible food, beverage, and other essentials, they can now also drop off documents at participating 7-Eleven stores, enabling them to ship internationally to over 200 countries and territories worldwide with utmost convenience,” said Jose Victor P. Paterno, President and CEO of Philippine Seven Corporation.

To drop off documents at 7-Eleven, the DHL Express customer should create a shipment, pay through MyDHL+ and input 711CRED as the promo code. With the waybill generated, customers can pay online and proceed to any 7-Eleven branch of their choice. At the store, a 7-Eleven staff will inspect the shipment content and verify waybill details. After that, the staff seals the DHL Express envelope with the printed waybills and a DHL Express courier will pick up the documents from the 7-Eleven branch.
